The Foreverness of Music.

What an uphill, infinitely personal human struggle is music and how by it we are challenged. I have studied music all my life, and still far from grasping it. I have not studied hard enough as time would have allowed, yet remain in its herculean grip, helpless to free myself from always wanting more, all day, all the time. Music is in my blood like harvest wine at sunset on a warm breezy afternoon but, like night, can become forbidding and out of reach.

Forgive the corny prose, but keep in mind - we just saw Phantom and are apparently still under its intoxicating spell.
